We are subletting our 2 br, 1 bath apartment in Tempe, AZ close to ASU for a
month during the winter (between Dec 16 to Jan 19 or so). $725/month plus
whatever the occupant uses of electricity (well below the average price for 2b
bth apartments in Tempe). GIVEN AN EARLY AND TRUSTWORTHY
COMMITMENT, we are willing to negotiate a bit over the price.

The apartment is fully furnished and it is located within a very nice and
excellently reviewed community called Eastridge:

* The apartment has a living room, a dining room, large kitchen, and two full
bedrooms, one of which we use as an office (and since it has a futon it can
serve as another bedroom).

* The apartment community, Eastridge, has two pools, very nice gardens, a
beautiful clubhouse with free internet, free movie rentals, free cookies and
popcorn as well as a nicely maintained tennis court.

* Moreover, Eastridge is conveniently located at a walking distance from
Sunflower farmer's market, several coffee shops, restaurants, banks and a
Walgreen's.

* Also, Eastridge is located within the circuits of the free Orbit buses. This is
nice because, if you don't have a car, these clean efficient buses take you to
just about anywhere interesting in Tempe for free.
