Hello!

I really need someone as soon as possible to fulfill the rest of my lease for my BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Chandler!

I recently was offered a job opportunity back East and would love to take it, but I have a lease which expires at the end of February 2010. You would be able to take over my lease for the next 5 months - October thru February - and renew when it is over!

The move in date is flexible and can be discussed! Should be around the beginning of October, or could be November if necessary.

The apartment is a one bedroom/one bathroom, approx 877 sq. ft. - very spacious! It has all the amenities! FULL size washer and dryer, beautiful garden tub, HUGE walk in closet, cozy patio with storage, and a covered parking space! The complex is called Cantera.

The apartment complex also has wonderful amenities from being a gated community, to having 2 large beautiful pools w/ waterfalls, gas bbq grills, a jacuzzi spa, a full gym, sand volleyball court, and is located less than a minute to the Chandler Fashion Mall, the 101 and the 202!

The furniture pictured is NOT included in the lease but may be available for purchase if you are interested.
