Hello. Hope you are having a nice day. I am looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 2,500 square foot home with me. I am the only other person living in the home. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. In addition, to sharing the many rooms of the home, you would also have two larger bedrooms of your own (one with a walk in closet) and a large private bath. You would also have ½ of a garage. Your portion of the rent would be $525/month plus 1/2 of the utilities. The property management company would need to approve you (credit and criminal). The lease is for 12 months. You can move into one bedroom once approved and with a signed lease. The second bedroom will become available shortly after that.



I am a 35 year old professional. I am quiet, clean, responsible and friendly. I do have one dog who is also friendly.
