I am offering an unfurnished room with private bathroom, ceramic tile floor, uncover parking spot, share W/D units, a microware, house-ware, a community pool and jacuzzi, quiet surround environment and more. The rent is $400 per month (+$150 for security deposit when move-in). COX cable TV service with 66 channels and all utilities are included.
