This is a class II receiver type hitch from Draw-Tite, part number 36265. 3,500 lbs towing capacity. Brand new. (I sold the vehicle before installing it.)
Bolt holes are 40 1/2 inches apart in the upper tongues; 44 inches apart in the lower tongues. Center to center. Measure your application and see if it will work for your vehicle.
