Yamaha 481 II silver open hole low B foot flute, excellent condition. Slight silver tarnish but the pads are in good shape and all keys/mechanisms work correctly. Unfortunately I do not have the original plastic plugs, but hard black case is in excellent condition, plus black vinyl carrying case, plastic cleaning rod.
