- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.), PLUS a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline OR current enrollment in Bachelors program. (Bachelors degree/program does not have to be in nursing)
- At least three years clinical operating room experience with two or more years in a management or education role
- Verified Arizona or other compact state RN license
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support card (BCLS)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) - Five or more year of clinical operating room experience, including three or more years in management - Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
