6 year old needs a MALE caregivier to provide Respite services Monday through Friday from 3pm-6pm and Saturdays from 10am-5pm. Needs someone who is talkative, likes to have fun and will have ideas of events/places to take individual.

Qualifications are:
-At Least 18 Years Old
-Have a Valid AZ Driver's License
-Have Current Vehicle Insurance & Registration
-Be able to pass a Fingerprint Clearance Background Check
-Be able to take or already hold CPR, First Aid, Article 9 classes
