We are a start up action sports company looking to work with a local private investor. We are working in a niche market within the action sports industry and one that has tremendous growth potential. We are already well established as a major distributor to the three major universities here in Arizona as well as a number of other action sports clubs. We also have a multi million dollar actions sports agency that will be doing all of our marketing at zero cost. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for actions sports and understand the industry that we are working in. We are looking strictly for private money financing, no partners, angel investors, etc. I have worked with private money in the past and fully understand the terms and committments that both parties must agree to.
