Unopened. I have 2 left. You need to have a (front or side loading) cassette player in your car to use this. You plug the headset into a cassette player adapter that you insert into your cassette play then you will hear the other party to the conversation over your car's speakers.
It works with any cellular telephone that has a 2.5 mm jack.
