Like new! I bought all the accesories for it so I am throwing in the carrying case, car charger, extended life battery, 2 extra home charges so I had one for work, home and vacation home, data cable to connect to your computer, and the headphones so you can use it as an mp3 player or for hands free talk. I have between $500-600 into all this so its a steal at $70!
