Tabby - Small - Adult - Female - Cat - Vivian
Description
Vivian is a shy, sweet, short-haired tabby/tortie who is about 1-2 years old. Vivian showed up at a feral cat feeding station in north Phoenix this past spring - and she truly didn't belong there. When we got her she was pregnant but the kittens were dead. We suspect Vivian may have some minor neurological damage or may just be "slow". She has some odd physical movements when she eats and drinks, and sometimes has a vacant look, but otherwise, gets along well. She is very timid with people and is fearful of loud noises and fast movement. But the one thing Vivian loves is other cats. She and another foster, Paisley, have been the "aunties" to a number of motherless kittens in their foster home this summer. She cuddles with them, washes them, and helps make sure they are safe. Vivian is also very attached to Paisley - she seems to watch her to make sure everything is ok. Vivian will need a quiet home with a family who is willing to accept her shyness. The best scenario would be if she could go to a home with her best friend, Paisley, because she really seems to depend on her.
