Need to rehome Golden Retriever puppy

Golden Retriever puppy needs new home. He has his first hots and has been dewormed. He is an amazing puppy...he is potty trained, he doesn't chew, he loves to cuddle, he loves to play with kids (I have a two yr old), great with cats and turtles, but he does dig in the yard when bored.
He is REALLY a sweet dog. I love him to death but I have a newborn and can't find the time to play with him like he deserves.
He is registered with the AKC. I am asking 200 to rehome him and if you want to reregister him then any additional fees apply (I don't really know how but think it cost about 20bucks for the paperwork).
