I have accumulated several sets over the years. 
One set, loose, without any documentation, is 14 inches wide by 39 inches long.  My guess is that they fit 13 inch wheels.
Another set, also loose and without any documentation measures 13 inches (width) by 40 inches (length).  Probably also for 13" wheels. 
A third set, still in their box, is manufactured by Campbell.  They are 13 inches wide and 67 inches long.  The chains are lug reinforced and the box says they fit all these:  7.50-14, 7.75-14, F78-14, 195-R14, 6.70-15, 7.75-15, E70-15, 195 R14.
Finally, I have a set of steel wire with slugs "traction cables".  These do not have as much bite as chains but they operate like chains do and they are much lighter, consequently, easier to install.  Also, they are not as noisy. They are 13 inches wide and 66 inches long.  Based on that I imagine they fit the same tires as the third set above.
If you drive North you may soon need these !!  (For comparison, chains sets at AutoZone sell for $40 plus tax.)
