Restaurant, Land and Home on a busy highway in a small town. We have a booming business from May-Oct and take the summer off and go somewhere cool. There are 5 RV parks in town which cater to winter visitors/Snowbirds and hundreds of RV's on BLM land outside of town. It comes fully equipped just walk in and start making money. We have paved parking an plenty of overflow, a single wide withing a fenced yard behind the restaurant and lots of storage area. We have owned it for 8 years and my husband needs to retire agian.
