Description

We’re a small, stable company in Mesa that needs an organized, detail-oriented and reliable part-time Office Manager 10-12 hours per week in our friendly, quiet office.

Flexible hours – we’re willing to work around your schedule. We are willing to do 5-6 hours 2 days a week or 3-4 hours 3 days a week; whatever is most convenient for you.

This would be a great part-time job for a mom or mature college student


Responsibilities:

* Answer telephone; take and relay messages
* Schedule work
* Prepare letters and documents
* Create and send invoices; run A/R reports
* Prepare checks for bill payment; run A/P reports
* Organize and file away customer information, bills, etc.
* Maintain appropriate employee and tax records
* Liaise with payroll company
* Maintain customer files
* Ensure all receipts are collected and put into QuickBooks
* Reconcile bank accounts
* NO SALES!

Education, Experience and Competencies


* high school diploma
* professional personal presentation
* customer service orientation
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* attention to detail
* keyboard skills
* working knowledge of QuickBooks
* previous office management experience a plus
