Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Monitor and research billing or pay result tracking processes.
Provide end-user training for large ERP system modules.
Perform ad hoc research and explain discrepancies to management.
Correct complex transactional billing errors and be able to understand how the correction will affect the P+L.
Business relationship development.
Correct root causes for unexpected billing results.
Special projects – as assigned.

A qualified candidate for this position must have:
- 3+ years of experience working as an Analyst or Systems Administrator with an ERP billing system for a large company. (preferably, a public company)
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or IT
- Worked with a billing system that requires daily complex transactions, weekly billing, ad hoc research, etc.
- A good understanding of accounting concepts including billing and revenue transactions.
- Experience training users on how transactions originate and flow through an ERP system.
- Top-level customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced and technical environment.
